We are growing our family through adoption!
For a long time, adoption has been on our hearts. It started with a quiet nudge at the end of 2024 that grew into something we couldn’t ignore.
Adoption was never a backup plan — it is a calling.
This past summer, we experienced both the beauty and heartbreak of this journey when a match did not move forward. It was incredibly hard, but it also confirmed something deep in us — we are meant to pursue adoption. We have had so much comfort and peace throughout this journey that we know can only come from God.
We have spent time learning about the realities many birth mothers face and the unknowns that can come with adoption. We want to walk into this journey informed, compassionate, and prepared. Our hope is to provide a child with a home full of stability, love, and truth — and to honor the brave woman who chooses adoption.
Adoption is beautiful. It is also expensive.
We have already been blessed with an $11,000 grant which feels like such a gift and confirmation that we are not walking this road alone.
In addition, we have been blessed with two $5,000 matching grants administered by Hephzibah 62:4 in Fishers, IN. Thanks to you all, we have fulfilled our matching grants and are so close to covering the remainder of our expected adoption expenses once we have a placement!
