We are pleased to announce to our family and friends that we adopting… AGAIN!! We have been awarded a $4,000 matching grant from Connection Point Church through Lifesong for Orphans. Every dollar donated up to $4,000 will be matched. We are so blessed and humbled by this outpouring of love for us and our adoption.
As most of you know, we have struggled through infertility for most of our marriage. Three years ago we decided to start the adoption journey and we’re blessed with our son Samuel through the brave act of his brithmother. He is now 2 1/2 and need a playmate. He has been the best thing that happened to us but our hearts and our home are ready for another little life to love.
Adoption was something we had talked about when we were dating, but our plan was to have biological children first, then adopt. Through this process God has really changed our hearts and attitude toward adoption. Adoption is now part of our story and we couldn’t be more excited about that.
The adoption process is really 3 big steps: having a homestudy done, preparing your profile book, and being matched with a birth mother. We have the first 2 done and are anxiously waiting for God to match us with the perfect mother, the perfect baby and perfect situation. Please pray with us as we continue to wait for God’s timing
