Continued care for Nathan …. next steps

Jill Baker
Jill Baker Goleta, California

We are all adjusting to a new season in Nathan’s journey as he recently relocated to a new residential therapeutic center in Sebastopol, California. With each shift in his story, we are invited once more to pivot in ways that honor his needs and the rest of our family. These transition points are never easy, yet we are grateful he is taking small steps toward acclimating to his new environment.

A vital part of Nathan’s mental and emotional health journey is remaining connected with our family through monthly visits and family therapy provided by Nathan’s team of care givers. It is in these moments that we are able to be together in simple and profound ways. These trips become expensive quickly, and within this space, we invite your financial participation.

While none of us know what Nathan’s long-term path will be, we feel confident that our consistent presence and love in his life are invaluable to his progress at this bend in the road. We are grateful for your consideration and your continued care for us all. We have been given a matching grant for $3000, which means the first $3,000 donated here on mySTORY will be matched, for an even bigger impact for Nathan’s care.

“Your ways, God are holy. What God is as great as our God? You are the God who performs miracles; You display Your power among the people.”    Psalm 77:13-14
