Help Us Bring Our Son Home from Eastern Europe
Adoption has been an incredible journey—one filled with highs, lows, and unwavering hope. This story began in 2017, and after pausing the process to get married and give our growing family space to flourish, we reopened our adoption in 2024. Along the way, there have been foreign government shutdowns, an international move, changing adoption programs, a global pandemic, and the joy of starting our life together as a married couple. Then, last summer, we felt led as a family to move forward again—and we haven’t looked back since.
We’re overjoyed to share that we’ve been officially matched with our son from Eastern Europe! After months of gathering paperwork, completing medical visits, fingerprinting, training sessions, home studies, interviews, and countless hours of waiting and praying—we’re now in the final stretch.
We are currently waiting for our U.S. immigration approval. Once that’s secured, our dossier will be submitted overseas, and soon after, we’ll receive an official invitation to travel and meet our son for the very first time.
But international adoption comes with a significant financial cost. The total expenses—covering airfare, official documentation, government fees, legal processing, and travel—range between $45,000–$50,000.
We are trusting God to provide and inviting our community to join us in the story He’s writing. Thanks to the generosity of Legacy 685 at Houston’s First Baptist Church, we’ve already received a $3,500 matching grant through their Lifesong partnership. This was a huge blessing, and now we are praying for the remaining funds to bring our child home.
🎯 Our Fundraising Goal: $20,000
This is a big number, but we have already seen God’s provision time and again—through the love, prayers, and generosity of so many. Would you consider being part of our son’s homecoming?
Your support—whether through prayer, financial giving, or simply sharing our story—means more to us than we can ever fully express.
We are so grateful to be part of the Body of Christ and can’t wait for the day we introduce you to the newest member of our family.
“It is a good thing to quietly hope, quietly hope for help from God.” —Lamentations 3:25
