We are adopting again!! Currently, we are working on completing our homestudy and hope to have that finalized this summer. From there, we will work with U.S. immigration, compete a dossier, be matched with a child, and finally travel! The whole process can take from 1.5 years to 3 years.
It may come as a surprise that our adoption when all is said and done will cost nearly $50,000. However, matching grants like this one from Lifesong and Hands of Hope make this adoption a possibility for us. If you wish to help support us financially, you can donate and 100% of the money goes straight to our adoption!
We are blessed with such an amazing community that stands behind us, and we know this child will be loved and cherished by so many. Lifesong has been blessed with partners who underwrite all U.S. administrative and fundraising costs (TMG Foundation and other partners). That means 100% of your donation will go directly to the adoption.
- In following IRS guidelines, your donation is to Lifesong for Orphans. This organization retains full discretion over its use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggested use.
- Lifesong is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. Individual donations of $50 or more and yearly donations totaling $250 or more will receive a tax-deductible receipt. Receipts for donations under $50 will gladly be sent upon request.
