Welcome to our adoption page!
We have been married for 10 years and are raising our three daughters in a home centered on faith, connection, and intentional living. As a homeschool family, our days are shaped by time together—reading, exploring outdoors, and creating rhythms that allow our children to feel seen, safe, and supported. Our parenting has been deeply influenced by an understanding that children often carry big emotions and experiences, and we strive to meet those with patience, structure, and compassion. We are committed to building a home where relationships come first, where growth is nurtured, and where each child is valued for who they are.
We feel called to grow our family through adoption and are stepping forward with both humility and hope. We understand that adoption comes with unique challenges, and we are committed to continuing to learn and grow so we can parent well.
La Via de James and Lifesong for Orphans have awarded us a matching grant totaling $10,000! This means for every dollar raised, it is matched up to $10,000, which gets us $20,000 towards our adoption costs!!
How much will it cost?
All-in-all our agency expects the adoption to cost around $39,000. Here is a rough breakdown:

$2,750 (Home Study)
Remaining Costs: ($36,250)
$23,000 (Placement Fee)
$3,500 (Post Placement Supervision)
$9,750 (Adoption/legal/birth mom costs)
How can you help?
Why are we sharing our story? Here is what we are humbly asking of you:
1. Pray. Would you please join us in praying for our adoption? We want to be a blessing to both the baby and birth family that we are matched with.
2. Give. Would you consider donating towards our adoption expenses? We – quite literally – could not do this without the generosity of others. And, because of our matching grants, all of what is donated (up to. $10,000) is doubled!!*

Lifesong has been blessed with partners who underwrite all U.S. administrative and fundraising costs (TMG Foundation and other partners). That means 100% of your donation will go directly to the adoption.
- In following IRS guidelines, your donation is to Lifesong for Orphans. This organization retains full discretion over its use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggested use.
- Lifesong is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. Individual donations of $50 or more and yearly donations totaling $250 or more will receive a tax-deductible receipt. Receipts for donations under $50 will gladly be sent upon request.
