Adoption has been on my heart for a long time. It wasn’t just a “someday” idea — it was something I felt deeply called to pursue. Over time, God began to turn that calling into action.
Through prayer, Scripture, and unexpected conversations, God kept confirming my next step: now is the time. He has continually opened doors, softened my fears, and placed people in my path who have walked this road before me. God has been guiding me toward adoption through various visions, dreams, and scriptural insights. It is a journey marked by clear signs of His will and direction. Ephesians 1:5 says, "He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will."
I believe adoption is a picture of the Gospel — choosing to love, to welcome, and to make a place for someone, not because of biology, but because of love. I am not just adopting a child — I am adopting a future. A future filled with bedtime stories, scraped knees, first days of school, and hugs that never want to let go. A future where love outshines fear, where family is chosen and cherished; I am stepping into a story God is already writing.
How You Can Join Me
This journey is not something I can do alone. Adoption is beautiful — but it’s also expensive. The total cost of the adoption will be around $ 48,000. I’ve been saving, working extra hours, and cutting costs wherever I can, but I can’t do this alone. Right now, I am working toward raising $20,000 by 12.31.2025.
As part of my fundraising efforts, I’m grateful to have been awarded a matching grant through Lifesong for Orphans up to $4,000. This means that every donation I receive through my Lifesong account will be matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling the impact of every gift.
Your donation doesn’t just go toward paperwork or plane tickets — it goes toward bringing a child into a family. It covers home studies, legal fees, agency costs, travel, and post-placement support — all essential steps in making this adoption possible.
