We’re adopting!
After 3 years of waiting to adopt an infant, we have decided to switch to a Texas-based adoption agency. New Life Adoptions is a smaller and much more personal agency, with only a handful of waiting families. However, with a new agency comes increased expenses. We thank each and every one of you for the prayers and support that you have already shown our family in this long process. If you feel led, please also consider making a financial donation to help defray some of the adoption expenses.
How are we raising funds?
We wanted to make something physical and memorable for our family to remember everyone who donates. So, we are doing a puzzle fundraiser! We have made a custom 500 piece puzzle and are asking for a donation of $10 per puzzle piece. For every $10 donation we will write your name on one of the pieces so that you can become a “piece” of our adoption story.
In addition, we have been awarded $5000 in matching grants from Karis Adoption Fund + Lifesong for Orphans. This means that every dollar you give can be doubled through our matching grant partners!

STRIPE charges an online processing fee (2.2% +.30 USD per transaction)*. Your donations will be decreased by this amount. You may also send a check payable to “Lifesong for Orphans”. Lifesong has been blessed with partners who underwrite all U.S. administrative and fundraising costs (TMG Foundation and other partners). That means 100% of your donation will go directly to the adoption.
- In following IRS guidelines, your donation is to Lifesong for Orphans. This organization retains full discretion over its use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggested use.
- Lifesong is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. Individual donations of $50 or more and yearly donations totaling $250 or more will receive a tax-deductible receipt. Receipts for donations under $50 will gladly be sent upon request.
