We are the “D” Family. Our family is excited to again be following God’s call to adopt. We are both excited and nervous but we have seen time and time again God is Faithful.
We adopted our son at birth and soon after felt God leading us to adopt again. We were not sure were God is leading us in this adoption but soon realized he was again leading us to domestic private adoption. We were overwhelmed about the cost but see time and time again God is Faithful.
We were quickly matched with an expectant mother and in February she had a beautiful baby girl but she decided she wanted to parent. We left with empty arm and a broken heart. Again in April we were matched with an expectant mother and she had a beautiful baby girl in May and decided to parent and we are left heart broken again. We continue to believe and know that all this is God’s plan and He will make all things beautiful in His time. Not only are failed placements so emotional but also was hard on us financially.
Our family is so excited to meet the little one God has planned for our family.

Lifesong has been blessed with partners who underwrite all U.S. administrative and fundraising costs (TMG Foundation and other partners). That means 100% of your donation will go directly to the adoption.
- In following IRS guidelines, your donation is to Lifesong for Orphans. This organization retains full discretion over its use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggested use.
- Lifesong is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. Individual donations of $50 or more and yearly donations totaling $250 or more will receive a tax-deductible receipt. Receipts for donations under $50 will gladly be sent upon request.
