Our family is growing through adoption! We hold adoption close to our hearts and we are thrilled to be apart of the this process. Layton is very excited about welcoming a baby to our family. He will be the best big brother! We have been talking about adoption since we started dating and for the last two years we have been actively praying about it. As we have sought God’s direction throughout this process we keep coming back to Ephesians 1:5. God adopted us into His family and it gave Him great joy; therefore, we are overjoyed to bring home the child that God has chosen to be a part of our family!
We became a waiting family in April, with the possibility of being placed with our son or daughter sometime this year. While we wait, we are trusting in God’s sovereignty. Between now and then we would love for you to pray for our family, our future child, and their birth parents.
We have applied for several grants and recently found out we have received a matching grant from Lifesong for Orphans as well as Redeemer Church (our home church)! We are incredibly grateful for the Lord's provision in this. A matching grant means that the organizations will match our fundraising efforts dollar for dollar up to a certain amount; therefore doubling our funds.

Lifesong has been blessed with partners who underwrite all U.S. administrative and fundraising costs (TMG Foundation and other partners). That means 100% of your donation will go directly to the adoption.
- In following IRS guidelines, your donation is to Lifesong for Orphans. This organization retains full discretion over its use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggested use.
- Lifesong is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. Individual donations of $50 or more and yearly donations totaling $250 or more will receive a tax-deductible receipt. Receipts for donations under $50 will gladly be sent upon request.
- *3.5% fee for donations given with an American Express card
